We can if requested attend site to work with the contractor to ensure a healthy installation is fully ready before commissioning.

We can arrange early morning discussions with engineers to cover any queries they have.  An informal discussion over coffee!

Being familiar with our product means we can help and suggest with the selection of our product efficiently

Commissioning Assistance

If requested we can assist the installing contractor to commission any installation from a small mini-VRF to a bespoke controls BMS arrangement

We offer extended hours of telephone technical support.

Delivery

We can deliver to all parts of the UK including the Highlands and Islands.  Additionally we can offer same day services should the need arise.

Health checks

We can attend site and run a health check for current or old product.  We offer an independent report to satisfy the requirements of the end user.

Site support

If we can’t help over the phone, we can arrange to attend site with the engineer to assist.
