When sales grow, it’s important that we increase our support levels accordingly
April 23 saw Cool Designs welcome Mark Baxendale to the Technical team where we offer support across the UK by telephone and on-site. Having spent the last 16 years with a contractor, the previous 6 of those as a Senior Service Engineer, Mark joins with a wealth of experience on both the installation and service side and a familiarity with the products we supply (and many we don’t!)
Our customers will be introduced to Mark in the weeks ahead as he finds his feet.
