Following updated government advice we have further reduced the staffing levels at CDL on a temporary basis.
Our Priorities
First and foremost, the safety and wellbeing of all of our co-workers, customers, and suppliers are at the forefront of our thinking. We are maintaining our policies in line with Government advice, and so long as it is safe to do so, we will continue to operate and give our very best as it is needed.
Our Service Level
All training sessions have been cancelled and site support visits for meeting. Training can be done online though at the Toshiba online training portal at https://training.toshibaac.co.uk/
As CDL supply product and support to contractors dealing with the NHS, care homes and laboratories it’s essential that we are on hand to assist when needed. Our deliveries are ongoing for so long as sites are accepting and vehicle drivers are following hygiene guidelines and are additionally equipped for hand sanitation. We have advised that we may not require signatures for goods, but take a name and possibly an image of each delivery and this temporary policy change forms part of our terms going forward. Some of the goods are sent by courier and each will have their own policy to protect driver and customer. Should your site have any special requirements we completely understand and are happy to work with you so there is minimum disruption.
In closing
I appreciate this is a time of uncertainty. We remain here and listening to our customers and working with our suppliers to assist in everything we can. We’ll continue to monitor Government advice and update this post where needed.
