Cool Designs is proud to be a multiple award winner at this year’s ACR News Awards.
The Distributor of the year award is designed to acknowledge the hard work put into the industry by companies and the individuals within that act as a vital cog within the ACR industry, linking manufacturers with engineers on the front line. The judges were impressed with the company’s thinking attitude with regard to training. The in-depth training program ensures its teams can fully support its customers both pre and post-sales.
The second award was presented to Pete Bradley, Cool Designs Training Manager. Working in the industry for over 50 years, in the time Pete has become “the man who knows”. No problem is too complex or intractable and has never been defeated. In addition to his technical role, Pete played a major part in training customers on new technology and has led various courses over the last 30 years. Overall he is a highly respected individual, not only among his colleagues, but by anyone he has worked with.
Then finally, we were exceptionally proud that Shawni Dunn received the Trainee of the Year award. Designed to recognise the positive attitude and outstanding contributions made by an individual at the start of their HVAC Career. Shawni is a great asset, through hard work and determination she has worked her way up. She has a hunger to learn and develop, making her an outstanding employee while her positivity makes her a credit to be around.
